Last week we had the privilege of delivering TWO “Good Citizens Month” grants from the Dunkin’ Joy In Childhood Foundation.
On Monday we visited our friends at Nourish Food Bank and left them speechless with a $50,000 SURPRISE Good Citizens Month 10th Anniversary grant. Then our 48 volunteers from Bluemont and Catalano Management, LLC painted, cleaned gutters and reorganized most of the canned goods in the warehouse.
On Thursday we presented a $25,000 Feeding America Grant to the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama. We sorted food and packed weekly boxes for more than 12,000 meals.
