This weekend we celebrated 15 incredible years with Karen — Bluemont’s very first hire, the OG. Since day one, she’s worn just about every hat in the office (including three straight Best Halloween Costume wins). She’s always ready to help, quick with a joke, and steady in every season.
Karen’s heart, dedication, and sense of humor have helped shape Bluemont from the very beginning. Karen, we’re so grateful for you. Here’s to the next 15 years — and maybe a few more costume trophies.
