Some openings feel like a celebration. Others feel like the start of something bigger.

Last week in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, it was both.

Bluemont was proud to celebrate the grand opening of our newest Dunkin’ location alongside OneSpartanburg, Inc., and from the moment the ribbon was cut, it was clear—we felt right at home. Being welcomed into the chamber family and expanding to two locations in Spartanburg County marks an exciting step forward as we continue to grow in this vibrant community.

While the morning was filled with coffee, conversation, and connection, one of the most meaningful moments came through our partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation.

During the celebration, we were honored to present a $3,000 matching grant to Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. This funding will provide emergency food assistance to more than 500 families currently receiving SNAP benefits—supporting children and families facing the challenges of pediatric cancer across the Carolinas.

It’s a powerful reminder that what starts as a cup of coffee can ripple outward into something much greater—meeting real needs, supporting real families, and strengthening the communities we serve.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate, support, and be part of this moment. Boiling Springs, thank you for the warm welcome.

We’re just getting started.
