Bluemont Group puts strong emphasis on community involvement and philanthropic endeavors. From showing up with coffee and donuts to celebrate local community heroes like teachers and nurses, to partnering with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation to raise funds bringing food and joy to kids battling hunger and illness, to 193 Bluemont Team Members showing up to volunteer at foodbanks across all of our markets for a total of 543 hours in April and May, it’s clear that “SERVE” is a core value at all levels of our organization.
